Payment:

Payment for your course will be taken by online payment gateway through CC Avenue, Cheque and payment will be received by us upon confirmation from our provider that the transaction has been completed successfully.

Access to course material will not be granted until the payment has been processed in full. Every effort is made to ensure this is no more than two complete working days.

If you have not been given access to course material within three working days, please contact us on certification@herequality.com

Unforeseen circumstances:

Courses are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at Here Quality Excellence Pvt. Ltd’s discretion. Here Quality Excellence Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter or amend course materials at any time.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under an order that is caused by an event beyond our control. Events beyond our control are any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server failures, software failures, industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

We try to ensure that our website is always available for you. In the event that our website is unavailable at any time and for any period (for whatever reason) we shall not be liable even if this means you cannot access your course during that period.

Refund and Cancellations:

If you do not access the course during the stated enrolment period we reserve the right to cancel the order and withdraw your access to such services. You will not receive a refund once the payment has been made.

Training Materials:

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights for all Training Materials shall remain the property of Here Quality Excellence Pvt. Ltd. You agree not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy Training Materials (in whole or in part) and not to use such materials except for the purposes of post-course reference. You agree not to record (audio or video) a course or any part of a course using any recording device.

Delivery and Shipping:

The training material is in pdf format and can be downloadable from our website after the payment. On Successful completion of the course, user will receive hard copy of the Certificate within 4 weeks time after final submission of the online Examination. The reference of the postal address will be taken from user Registration details. User can claim if the copy of certificate is not received within 25 working days from final submission. Here Quality Excellence Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable to issue a new certificate if contacted after 25 working days from final submission.

Minimum system requirements:

Here Quality Excellence Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for failure to access the module even if the minimum prescribed system requirements are followed. It is a guidance which generally works but it does not answer the other technical problems related to software/ hardware etc.
